About the Role

What You'll Do

• Lead product design initiatives with a focus on user-centered solutions.

• Conduct user research to identify needs and guide product evolution.

• Monitor product metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Participate in defining success metrics and prioritizing impactful ideas.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and co-creation within the design team.

Requirements

• Over 7 years of solid experience in Product Design with a strong portfolio.
• Experience in creating B2B products in complex SaaS environments.
• Proactive and collaborative mindset with a focus on high-quality delivery.
• Strong business acumen and ability to translate strategy into tactical execution.
• Exceptional communication and facilitation skills.
• Ability to self-manage and maintain efficiency without compromising quality.
• Critical thinking and a strong craft for delivering delightful user experiences.

Nice to Have

• Experience with design systems and component libraries.
• Familiarity with user testing methodologies.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards in design.
