About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director for US Market Access Strategy to join our team remotely. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for optimizing market access strategies for pharmaceutical products, ensuring successful launches and ongoing brand management. As an Associate Director, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on strategy execution, making a significant impact in the pharmaceutical industry.

• Support the optimization of market access strategies for launch and inline brands.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive execution of market access tactics.
• Develop market access materials tailored for various organizations.
• Manage multiple budgets and project deliverables effectively.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards throughout the process.
• Engage with stakeholders to socialize market access strategies and gather insights.
• Conduct critical market research to support product commercialization efforts.
• Work within ethical and compliance policies to uphold company values.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing/sales or market access.
• Strong understanding of US healthcare dynamics and market access strategies.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to foster collaboration.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills to drive decision-making.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with vendor management and contracting processes.
