Staff Product Designer - Fintech Focus

About the Role

HubSpot is hiring a full-time Staff Product Designer to join our dynamic Fintech team, working remotely from the USA. In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of financial technology products that empower businesses and enhance user experiences. As a Staff Product Designer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive design initiatives and create innovative solutions that meet user needs.

What You'll Do

• Lead the design process for Fintech products, from ideation to execution, ensuring a user-centered approach.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define product vision and roadmap.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design concepts.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to the overall design culture within the organization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product design, with a focus on Fintech or related industries.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design process and final deliverables.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment.
