What You'll Do

• Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Utilize Microsoft Business Central for accounting functions, including accounts payable and general ledger management.
• Assist in tax preparation and compliance, ensuring adherence to all relevant regulations.
• Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on U.S. GAAP.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Business Central is required.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• CPA certification is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems.
• Knowledge of government contracting accounting practices.
• Familiarity with financial reporting and compliance regulations.
