Tech Lead (.NET /​ Azure) - Banking Sector

About the Role

We are looking for a Tech Lead (.NET / Azure) to join our team in the banking sector. This Tech Lead role offers a unique opportunity to lead a talented development team while working in a hybrid model from Lisbon, Portugal. As a Tech Lead, you will play a crucial role in driving technical excellence and ensuring high-quality software delivery.

What You'll Do

• Lead the development team technically, ensuring best practices in architecture and code quality.
• Participate in designing solutions and defining application architecture.
• Develop and maintain applications based on .NET / .NET Core.
• Implement and integrate APIs and backend services.
• Support and mentor junior developers to enhance their skills.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience as a Tech Lead.
• Strong expertise in C# and .NET / .NET Core.
• Experience in developing and integrating APIs.
• Knowledge of SQL and database modeling.
• Experience with Azure Cloud services.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of Spanish.
• Experience in banking or financial projects.
• Experience with microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD.
• Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams (architecture, QA, DevOps, and business).
