About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Sales Manager to join our team remotely, focusing on craft products and services. In this role, you will manage your own sales territory, engaging with customers directly on-site at construction sites, workshops, or offices. You will provide tailored advice on our extensive product range, which includes over 125,000 items, digital solutions, and services. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for planning customer visits based on your digital activity plan, aiming to strategically develop your territory and build long-term customer relationships.

What You'll Do

  • Engage with customers in your designated area to promote our craft products and services.
  • Utilize AI-supported applications for intelligent visit planning and customer potential analysis.
  • Deliver practical product and service presentations to captivate your clients.
  • Create customized offers and ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues from the sales region, product specialists, and key account management to provide exceptional service.
  • Support customers in the digitalization of their business processes with our ORSY shelf and vending machine solutions.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and manage complaints effectively.
  • Implement promotional actions to boost sales and customer engagement.

Requirements

  • Ideally, you have a commercial or craft-related education, but we welcome career changers.
  • Experience in the craft industry or a sales-related environment is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of technical products and a willingness to engage with the challenges faced by craft businesses.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust with customers.
  • Proficiency in digital applications, including CRM systems, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams.
  • Structured working style, self-responsibility, and determination.
  • A valid Class B driver's license for travel within your sales region.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with AI tools in sales processes.
  • Knowledge of modern sales techniques and strategies.
  • Fluency in additional languages.
