About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Highways Area Manager to join our team at Corserv. This remote position offers the opportunity to oversee highway maintenance activities and minor civil engineering projects within a defined geographical area. As a Highways Area Manager, you will ensure the safe and efficient delivery of services, making a significant impact on our operations.

What You'll Do

• Manage and coordinate routine highway maintenance tasks, including gully emptying and drainage projects.
• Lead highway improvement and safety schemes, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
• Oversee emergency and incident responses, including winter maintenance operations.
• Collaborate with a diverse team to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

• Significant experience in highway maintenance, construction, or environmental schemes.
• Proven track record in delivering operational services and managing teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
