About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Spanish-Speaking Associate Therapist to join our team at Izzo Marriage & Family Therapy, PC. This is a fantastic opportunity to work remotely while making a significant impact in the lives of children and families. As a Spanish-speaking associate therapist, you will provide therapeutic support to vulnerable populations, helping them navigate challenging life transitions. Your work will be essential in fostering mental health and well-being in diverse communities.

What You'll Do

  • Provide therapy and support to children, parents, and families in need.
  • Maintain a minimum caseload of 25 clients per week, ensuring each client receives the attention they deserve.
  • Participate in weekly group and individual supervision to enhance your skills and professional development.
  • Collaborate with a diverse team of therapists to create a supportive and innovative work environment.
  • Receive ongoing training and resources to support your growth as a clinician.
  • Enjoy a flexible schedule that allows you to balance work and personal commitments.
  • Compensate at a rate of $40 per client hour session, with potential for additional compensation for bilingual sessions.

Requirements

  • Hold an AMFT/ASW/LCSW/APCC/LMFT license in California.
  • Be bilingual in Spanish, enabling effective communication with clients.

  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to foster collaboration.
