About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Spanish-Speaking Associate Therapist to join our team at Izzo Marriage & Family Therapy, PC. As a Spanish-speaking associate therapist, you will provide therapeutic support to vulnerable populations, helping them navigate challenging life transitions. What You'll Do
- Provide therapy and support to children, parents, and families in need.
- Maintain a minimum caseload of 25 clients per week, ensuring each client receives the attention they deserve.
- Participate in weekly group and individual supervision to enhance your skills and professional development.
- Collaborate with a diverse team of therapists to create a supportive and innovative work environment.
- Receive ongoing training and resources to support your growth as a clinician.
- Enjoy a flexible schedule that allows you to balance work and personal commitments.
- Compensate at a rate of $40 per client hour session, with potential for additional compensation for bilingual sessions.

Requirements
- Hold an AMFT/ASW/LCSW/APCC/LMFT license in California.
- Be bilingual in Spanish, enabling effective communication with clients.
