About the Role

As a Sous Chef, you will support the Head Chef in overseeing kitchen processes and contribute to the overall guest experience.
What You'll Do
- Assist and substitute the Head Chef in managing and controlling defined processes for service development.
- Achieve sales plans and generate departmental revenue by planning promotional actions.
- Organize and coordinate various kitchen services.
- Control costs by efficiently managing available resources.
- Manage staff by training, motivating, and developing team skills collaboratively.
- Ensure service quality meets customer needs and expectations.
Requirements
- Higher Vocational Training in Culinary Management and/or Hospitality, Tourism degree, training in APPCC.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- High proficiency in English is desirable.
- Knowledge of office software, hospitality, and kitchen equipment.
- Good taste and smell memory, creativity, and manual dexterity.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including kindness, cordiality, and empathy.
- Excellent communication skills and customer orientation.
- Ability to work in a team and resolve unexpected issues.
