As a Social Media Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in promoting our innovative products, including a B2C software product in the EdTech space and a DEI training service launching in Q1 2026.

What You'll Do

• Develop and schedule engaging content across various platforms, ensuring alignment with brand voice and goals.
• Manage and optimize company social media pages, monitoring activity and responding to comments.
• Foster a positive community around the brand by engaging with followers and encouraging participation.
• Plan, execute, and track the performance of social media campaigns, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Analyze social media metrics to optimize strategies and improve ROI.
• Stay updated on the latest social media trends and best practices.

Requirements

• A degree in Marketing or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience in designing and executing digital campaigns on social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Experience with sourcing methods, including Boolean search and networking.
