What You'll Do

• Manage and execute Wisp's organic social media strategy, creating and publishing engaging content that aligns with our brand voice.
• Engage with our community across various platforms, responding to comments and messages, and monitoring sentiment.
• Lead Reddit presence and AMA initiatives, ensuring authentic engagement and tracking performance metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize content and campaigns, continuously testing for performance improvements.
• Apply Wisp’s brand voice consistently while supporting creator and thought leadership narratives.

Requirements

• 3-6+ years of experience managing brand social media accounts.
• Proven ability to execute against a defined social or content strategy.
• Strong copywriting skills with a keen eye for tone and platform best practices.
• Experience with community management and real-time engagement.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
