About the Role
We are seeking a passionate Customer Experience Manager to join our team at Hermès, focusing on delivering an exceptional customer experience in our luxury retail environment. This role is pivotal in ensuring that every customer interaction is memorable and aligns with our brand's high standards.
What You'll Do
- Welcome customers warmly, embodying the role of a 'Master of the House' in our Paris store.
- Guide customers through the store, connecting them with sales associates to enhance their shopping experience.
- Offer complimentary beverages to customers, maintaining a high standard of hospitality.
- Manage customer interactions across various channels, ensuring a seamless omnichannel experience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP clients and regular customers through personalized service.
- Engage with customers to gather feedback and continuously improve service quality.
- Handle customer inquiries and manage wait times in high-demand areas such as fashion accessories and jewelry.
- Support additional requests and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of successful experience in high-end retail or hospitality.
- Excellent communication skills and a dynamic, enthusiastic personality.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
- Team-oriented with a flexible approach to work.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling customer information.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
