About the Role

We are seeking a talented Social Media Manager to join our team at Binance, the world’s leading blockchain ecosystem. As a Social Media Manager remote, you will play a crucial role in shaping our brand's voice and engaging with our community across various platforms. This position offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to innovative marketing campaigns that resonate with our audience.

What You'll Do

  • Contribute to the strategy and execution of integrated marketing campaigns and product launches from a social media perspective.
  • Design, execute, and lead large community activation campaigns that enhance our brand visibility.
  • Create and manage ongoing content strategies for our priority global partnerships.
  • Act as a key point of contact for business issues and crisis management, ensuring fast and informed responses.
  • Collaborate closely with the Customer Success team on community management and sentiment maintenance.
  • Manage end-to-end operations across Binance's social accounts, working with global teams.
  • Bring our socials closer to our community, leveraging a deep understanding of crypto culture.
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance, translating findings into actionable recommendations.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, specifically in social media and community management.
  • Proven experience in crisis management and collaboration with executive leadership.
  • Demonstrable success in growing social media accounts and executing impactful campaigns.
  • Deep understanding of the crypto market and current trends.
  • Strong knowledge of content creation and social media channels, with a focus on Twitter and TikTok.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and copywriting skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in high-pressure situations.
