Shift Supervisor - Beverage Production

About the Role

We are seeking a Shift Supervisor to oversee our production operations in Sevilla. As a Shift Supervisor in the beverage industry, you will coordinate and control all production operations on your shift, ensuring compliance with daily planning and production instructions. This role is crucial for achieving volume, profitability, and margin objectives while adhering to quality and safety regulations.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate production activities line by line, providing work instructions and managing time to enhance team performance.
• Ensure proper line preparation and format changes to prevent technical stoppages during startups.
• Prepare incident reports at the end of each shift, verifying syrup preparation meets established quality and food safety specifications.
• Monitor and manage shift personnel, supporting changes in roles, vacations, and performance management to ensure adequate staffing for daily plans.
• Compile periodic studies and reports within your area of responsibility, as well as special reports requested by the Production Manager.
• Attend and contribute to Production, PRL, Engineering, and Quality meetings.
• Execute training plans for shifts to improve performance and flexibility, proposing additional training based on team needs.
• Implement and uphold the PRL and environmental culture at Refresco Iberia, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and contributing to the improvement of existing standards.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in production or supply chain roles, preferably in the consumer goods and beverage industry.
• Understanding of production processes and supply chains.
• IT knowledge, particularly in SAP.
• Familiarity with PRL regulations and APPCC training.
• Strong team management skills, analytical abilities, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Autonomy, communication skills, persuasion abilities, and a results-oriented mindset.
• Proactivity, commitment, and involvement in team activities.
