About the Role

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Technical Architect to join our team in a remote capacity. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in ServiceNow to design and implement robust solutions that enhance IT service management processes. What You'll Do

  • Lead the architecture and design of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop and implement technical architecture strategies for ServiceNow applications.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide technical recommendations to enhance system performance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Provide guidance on best practices for ServiceNow implementation and configuration.
  • Support the integration of ServiceNow with other enterprise applications and services.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to their professional development.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in ServiceNow and related technologies.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Technical Architect or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM modules.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and web services integration.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client consulting.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist) are a plus.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Pega or case management solutions.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms and enterprise architecture.
  • Knowledge of CIS certifications and compliance standards.
