Service Business Development Calling Agent - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are looking for a Service Business Development Calling Agent to join our growing team remotely! In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, showcasing our product and service offerings. Your excellent communication skills and "can-do" attitude will be essential in establishing strong relationships with customers.

What You'll Do

  • Answer customer calls and establish follow-ups with service appointments.
  • Provide customers with initial appointment requests and direct them to the appropriate dealership resources.
  • Respond quickly to internet, phone, and live chat inquiries using email, scripts, and templates.
  • Follow up with leads provided in GM online manifest.
  • Utilize communication applications to keep customers updated on vehicle status in the service department.
  • Participate in team and process development sessions, maintaining positive relationships with teammates, sales teams, and dealership management.

Requirements

  • At least one previous role in customer service experience.
  • Excellent teammate with a collaborative attitude and eagerness to improve.
  • Prompt and courteous demeanor.
  • Positive and hardworking personality.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Valid driver’s license.
