About the Role

We are seeking a talented Senior Web & Graphic Designer to join our team at Skyleads Digital Growth Partners. This remote position offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic team that specializes in digital marketing and web development. As a Senior Web & Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in designing websites and landing pages, creating branding and visual identity, and supporting our marketing team with creative assets for social media and advertisements.

What You'll Do

• Design websites and landing pages with a focus on user experience and high aesthetic quality.
• Create responsive designs for both desktop and mobile platforms, ensuring clear hierarchy and excellent usability.
• Organize files in Figma for seamless implementation by developers.
• Develop and evolve brand identity, including logos, colors, fonts, and visual elements.
• Deliver branding presentations and guidelines in the specified format from the company.
• Participate in the production of static creatives for social media and ads based on briefs from the marketing team.
• Collaborate in team meetings with marketing, performance, and development teams to ensure smooth workflows and timely deliveries.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in web/landing page design and branding within an agency setting.
• Proficient in Figma with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.
• Excellent aesthetic sense, attention to detail, and ability to integrate text, structure, and images effectively.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of animations/motion design (micro-animations, simple transitions).
• Basic video editing skills using tools like After Effects, Premiere, or CapCut.
