About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Visual Designer to join our team remotely. This role is crucial as we continue to innovate and enhance our health and fitness app, which has over 500 million downloads and 80 million monthly users. As a Senior Visual Designer, you will lead the creation of end-to-end visual experiences that resonate with our diverse user segments.

What You'll Do

  • Champion inclusive and user-centered design practices across the team, ensuring accessibility and cultural relevance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including Product, Content, UX, Growth, and Engineering teams to align visuals with business goals.
  • Deliver end-to-end, high-quality visual solutions that align with business objectives and improve user engagement and retention.
  • Own key design initiatives and shape the visual design system to ensure consistency and innovation across all outputs.
  • Provide mentorship to junior designers, acting as a role model for design quality.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of professional experience in visual or graphic design, with strong expertise in mobile platforms.
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
  • Demonstrated ability to own and deliver complex design projects from ideation to release.
  • Deep understanding of color theory, typography, composition, branding, and visual hierarchy.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and influencing product direction through visual design.
