Senior UX/​UI Product Designer - Remote

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior UX/UI Product Designer - Remote to join our innovative team at Trustii. As a key player in the design and evolution of our flagship platform, Horizon, you will directly impact how organizations manage human risk. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely while collaborating closely with product managers and development teams to create intuitive and effective user experiences.

What You'll Do

• Design end-to-end user experiences for new features, considering user needs and business objectives.
• Actively participate in requirement gathering with the product manager.
• Contribute to feature scoping and refinement processes.
• Translate complex problems into clear, effective, and coherent interfaces.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using Figma.
• Validate solutions through interviews and user testing with existing or potential clients.
• Ensure smooth and structured handoff to the development team using Figma.
• Define, maintain, and evolve the design system.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of UX/UI practices within the product team.

Requirements

• 7 to 8 years of experience or more in UX/UI design or product design.
• Significant experience with SaaS products, ideally in a B2B context.
• Excellent proficiency in Figma, including variables, components, and auto layouts.
• Comfortable in an agile product environment.
• Strong ability to translate business objectives and user needs into concrete and structured solutions.
• Experience in defining and evolving a design system, with exposure to complex or regulated products being a significant asset.
• Autonomy, rigor, and ease in making design decisions.
• Ability to clearly and constructively explain and defend design choices.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written; proficiency in French is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Experience in a startup environment.
• Familiarity with user research methodologies.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards in design.
