About the Role

We are looking for a talented Senior UX Designer to join our team remotely. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in UX/UI design for complex, multi-module applications. As a Senior UX Designer, you will create high-quality designs that enhance user experience and meet accessibility standards.

What You'll Do

• Create high-quality UI designs in Figma that align with customer design systems.
• Conduct comprehensive UX research, including user interviews, usability testing, and data synthesis.
• Collaborate with product owners and developers to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Translate research insights into wireframes, prototypes, and final UI assets.
• Ensure consistency and usability across all modules through design governance.
• Utilize AI-driven design tools to improve design efficiency and workflows.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a relevant field.
• 4-5 years of proven experience in UX/UI design for complex applications.
• Advanced skills in Figma for prototyping and design system application.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools.
• Strong background in qualitative and quantitative UX research methods.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
