About the Role

We are looking for a Senior UX Designer remote to join our dynamic team at KWAN! This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is eager to define, develop, and maintain a strategic product vision aligned with BMW Group’s objectives. As a Senior UX Designer remote, you will play a critical role in translating user needs into clear product features while balancing technical feasibility, business value, and user experience.

What You'll Do

  • Define and maintain a strategic product vision in complex, large-scale environments.
  • Translate user needs into actionable product features.
  • Prioritize product requirements and initiatives to maximize value delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including internal teams at Critical TechWorks, BMW stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Drive product development efforts across multiple teams and channels, ensuring consistency and shared goals.
  • Navigate complex project challenges with resilience and strong problem-solving skills.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience as a UX Designer.
  • Proven ability to define and maintain a strategic product vision.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered product development.
  • Experience working in cross-functional and multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to remain focused under pressure.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Fluent in English.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with agile methodologies.
  • Familiarity with design tools like Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
  • Knowledge of front-end development principles.
