About the Role

We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Senior UX Designer remote position at Conga. This role is pivotal in enhancing our Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) SaaS platform, where you will leverage your design expertise to create exceptional user experiences. What You'll Do

• Lead the design of multiple high-priority initiatives, ensuring tactical delivery and design excellence.
• Utilize your hands-on design skills to create high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and specifications for complex features.
• Drive design reviews and critiques to maintain quality assurance across all design workstreams.
• Collaborate closely with engineers to resolve implementation challenges and optimize designs for technical feasibility.
• Establish efficient design workflows and create reusable component patterns to accelerate future work.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills.
• Expertise in tools such as Figma, Vercel, and a solid understanding of front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/React/Next.js).
• Proven ability to meet aggressive deadlines while maintaining high-quality design outputs.
• Experience in design triage and prioritization, with a track record of reducing design debt.
• Strong problem-solving skills, particularly in complex interaction design challenges.

Nice to Have

• Prior experience with CLM products and contract management systems.
• Familiarity with legal document collaboration interfaces and approval workflows.
• Experience in contract analytics and reporting dashboards.
