Senior UI/​UX Designer - Remote Opportunity at Hudu

About the Role

We're seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer to join our team at Hudu, a fast-growing SaaS platform built exclusively for IT professionals and Managed Service Providers (MSPs). This remote UI/UX Designer role offers you the chance to own the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) of our various digital assets, creating intuitive, delightful, and seamless experiences for our customers.

What You'll Do

• Investigate user experience design requirements for our suite of digital assets.
• Compare the user experience of existing applications and work to design better alternatives.
• Design UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets for our digital assets.
• Collaborate with product engineers and managers to illustrate design concepts using sitemaps, process flows, and storyboards.
• Work with the marketing team and internal/external designers to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored experiences for the digital user.
• Test UI elements such as CTAs, banners, page layouts, and target links for landing pages.
• Keep current with industry trends and competitor products, communicating design prototypes and ideas to developers.
• Provide advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies and testing activities to analyze and predict user behavior.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, science, web design, or relevant field, or relevant experience in a design role.
• Minimum of four years’ experience in UI/UX design for digital products or services.
• A portfolio of professional UI/UX design work for both web and mobile applications.
• Experience with Graphic Design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, InDesign, Sketch).
• Ability to problem-solve and be self-directed, self-motivated, organized, and disciplined.
• Flexible and agile understanding of mobile and web best practices.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus, but not required.
• Proficient ability to communicate in English in oral and written format.
