About the Role

We are hiring a Senior Total Rewards Consultant to join our team remotely. In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping our Total Rewards strategy, ensuring it aligns with our company values and supports our growth objectives. As a Senior Total Rewards Consultant, you will lead the redesign of core reward foundations, including equity philosophy and compensation frameworks, to create a scalable and future-ready reward ecosystem.

What You'll Do

• Lead the redesign of core reward foundations, including equity philosophy and compensation frameworks.
• Define and articulate a clear equity philosophy aligned with ownership and growth scenarios.
• Redesign job architecture to support scale and internal mobility.
• Evaluate and select a compensation benchmarking platform.
• Transform recognition from tactical to intentional and behavior-driven.
• Refresh salary bands using updated market data.
• Collaborate with Finance and senior leadership to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Utilize advanced financial modeling skills to support compensation analytics.

Requirements

• Significant experience in Total Rewards, Compensation, or Reward Strategy roles.
• Strong understanding of equity design and capital structure.
• Proven track record of designing reward frameworks in scaling or fast-growth environments.
• Experience partnering with Finance and senior leadership.
• Advanced financial modeling and compensation analytics expertise.
• Job architecture and market benchmarking expertise.
• Proficiency in pay structure design, including salary bands.

Nice to Have

• Certification in compensation or rewards management.
