About the Role

We're hiring a Legal Intake Specialist to join our growing team at Finch Legal. This remote position is crucial as you'll be the first point of contact for potential clients, helping to build trust and ensure a smooth sign-up process. As a Legal Intake Specialist, you'll play a vital role in transforming the legal landscape for everyday Americans.

What You'll Do

• Answer inbound calls with empathy and professionalism, ensuring clients feel valued and understood.
• Qualify cases and confirm eligibility using defined criteria, guiding clients through the sign-up process.
• Secure retainers and hand off cases to attorneys and lead paralegals with complete and accurate information.
• Maintain responsiveness to build trust with partners and clients alike.
• Work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client needs.

Requirements

• 5+ years in client-facing intake or sales roles, ideally in legal services.
• Excellent communication skills to build trust quickly with potential clients.
• Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure, ensuring a positive client experience.
• Comfortable working flexible schedules to meet client demands.

Nice to Have

• Experience in a fast-paced legal environment.
• Familiarity with legal terminology and processes.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems to manage client interactions.
