About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Technical Support Engineer - Remote to join our dynamic team at Dataiku. This role is pivotal in helping our customers navigate the complexities of our Everyday AI Platform (DSS). As a part of our fully remote support organization, you will engage with clients across the Asia Pacific and globally, addressing a variety of technical issues and enhancing their experience with our platform.
What You'll Do
- Provide expert technical support to customers, resolving issues related to installation, security, and integration with big data technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer satisfaction and improve support processes.
- Document and track customer interactions and technical issues in our support system.
- Contribute to the development of knowledge base articles and technical documentation.
- Participate in training and onboarding new support team members.
- Engage in continuous learning to stay updated on the latest Dataiku features and industry trends.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a technical support role, preferably in a software or technology environment.
- Strong understanding of data science technologies and big data ecosystems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) tools and support ticketing systems.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with customers.
