Senior Systems Engineer - Government Programs

About the Role

We're hiring a Senior Systems Engineer to join ISPA Technology. In this role, you will provide expert-level technical and operational support to Navy and Marine Corps programs. As a Senior Systems Engineer, you will deliver leadership across software development lifecycle activities and mission-critical systems. This position is crucial for meeting the requirements of government customers, and your expertise will directly contribute to the success of our projects.

What You'll Do

• Provide subject matter expertise supporting Navy and Marine Corps programs.
• Support systems and operational requirements development and analysis.
• Perform data analysis, test and evaluation, and training activities as required.
• Advise stakeholders across the software development lifecycle.
• Serve as a recognized technical leader within industry and/or public service environments.

Requirements

• Technical training in Software Engineering, Computer Science, and/or System Administration.
• 12 years of hands-on experience supporting Navy and Marine Corps programs.
• Experience in at least three of the following areas: Systems Requirements, Operational Requirements, Data Analysis, Test & Evaluation, Training.
• Demonstrated leadership and recognition as an expert in software development lifecycle activities.

Nice to Have

• Experience with cloud technologies and cybersecurity practices.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Certifications in relevant fields (e.g., PMP, CISSP).
