About the Role

We're hiring a Senior Specialist in Partner Integrations to join our dynamic team remotely. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving the integration of new verticals, ensuring seamless connections between our partners and our platform. As a Senior Specialist, you will leverage your expertise in APIs, SQL, and project management to enhance our partner relationships and contribute to our growth strategy.

What You'll Do

• Lead the technical onboarding process for new partners, ensuring successful integration and implementation.
• Utilize your knowledge of API technologies to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues efficiently.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute integration strategies that align with business goals.
• Analyze data and provide insights to improve partner performance and satisfaction.
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project objectives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical account management or partner integrations.
• Strong understanding of APIs, SQL, and data analysis.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, with a focus on relationship building and client success.
• Experience in B2B sales and SaaS environments is preferred.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with PostgreSQL and Microsoft SQL.
• Experience in restaurant technology or related fields.
• Knowledge of data visualization tools.
