- Work with cloud services such as AWS to enhance operational capabilities.
- Contribute to asset integrity management and process improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in operations engineering or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Linux troubleshooting and system administration.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python and Go.
- Experience with monitoring tools and incident response.
- Familiarity with cloud computing and services, particularly AWS.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a remote team environment.
- Project management experience is a plus.
Nice to Have
- Experience with telephony systems and SBC.
- Knowledge of Genesys or EFAX systems.
- Understanding of TCP/IP and HTTP protocols.
