Sourcegraph is hiring a full-time Senior Solutions Engineer - Remote, working remotely from anywhere. In this role, you will leverage your extensive experience to provide solutions that enhance our customers' productivity and satisfaction. As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our technical capabilities and customer needs, ensuring that our solutions meet their expectations and drive business success.

What You'll Do

  • Engage with customers to understand their technical requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to develop and refine product offerings.
  • Deliver technical presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value of Sourcegraph's solutions.
  • Assist in the development of technical documentation and training materials for customers.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to customers post-implementation to ensure successful adoption of our solutions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a solutions engineering or technical sales role.
  • Strong understanding of software development processes and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
  • Experience with cloud technologies and APIs.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in the B2B SaaS industry.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
  • Previous experience working remotely.
