About the Role

Drata is hiring a full-time Senior Solutions Engineer, Enterprise remote, working from the USA. In this role, you will be pivotal in driving customer success by providing technical expertise and solutions tailored to enterprise clients. As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you will collaborate closely with sales, product, and engineering teams to ensure that our solutions meet the complex needs of our clients.

What You'll Do

• Engage with enterprise clients to understand their unique challenges and requirements.
• Provide technical guidance and support during the sales process, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
• Develop and deliver product demonstrations that showcase the value of our solutions.
• Collaborate with product teams to provide feedback on customer needs and product enhancements.
• Assist in the creation of technical documentation and resources for clients.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a solutions engineering or technical sales role.
• Strong understanding of enterprise software solutions and SaaS products.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
