About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer to join our dynamic team at Luware. This remote position offers the opportunity to work with a leading SaaS provider specializing in innovative contact center solutions. As a Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products.

What You'll Do

• Lead the debugging process for software products through systematic testing, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
• Oversee teams and processes to uphold software quality engineering in alignment with test plans, prioritizing customer satisfaction.
• Design, adjust, and execute software test plans, automated scripts, and programs for testing purposes.
• Implement automation strategies to streamline testing procedures, reducing redundancy in testing and tooling.
• Document test plans, standards, and procedures, conducting data analyses to assess software product quality.
• Maintain thorough documentation of test results to aid in debugging and modifications.
• Review test outcomes to validate functionalities and recommend corrective measures as necessary.

Requirements

• BS or MS degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of software Manual QA experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in an Object-oriented coding language such as C#, Java, or Python.
• Ability to communicate technical details clearly across organizational boundaries.
• Experience in DevOps to maintain live services and application frameworks.
• Cloud experience, particularly with Azure, is highly desirable.
• Excellent analytical skills with a systematic approach to software design.
• Passion for building highly scalable and reliable services.
