What You'll Do

• Welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
• Answer guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services and local attractions.
• Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests and resolve any issues.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
• Handle cash and process payments accurately.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge of hotel operations.
• Promote a culture of safety and vigilance within the hotel team.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in hospitality.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Nice to Have

• Experience with hotel management software.
• First Aid and CPR certification.
• Multilingual abilities.
