What You'll Do

• Design and build scalable, reliable systems that power our core operations—whether that’s donor platforms, systems that deliver cash to recipients, or rapid response infrastructure.
• Help shape the product roadmap and technical architecture.
• Collaborate closely with product, data, and operations teams to solve real-world problems.
• Ship production-ready code with real ownership and autonomy.
• Engage in product thinking to influence the direction of our technology initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer, with a strong focus on building scalable systems.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and product development.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the non-profit sector or with cash transfer systems.
• Knowledge of data analytics and how it can inform product decisions.
• Familiarity with remote work tools and practices.
