Senior Software Engineer - Network Security (Remote)

We are seeking a talented Senior Software Engineer - Network Security to join our team at Zimperium. What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and debug software solutions while ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
• Work on complex systems that require a deep understanding of both business objectives and technical architecture.
• Anticipate issues and bottlenecks before they impact delivery schedules and projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Customer Success, QA, DevOps, and Site Reliability Engineering.
• Develop detections for security threats, including vulnerabilities, exploits, phishing, intrusions, and malware.

Requirements

• Deep experience in C/C++ programming, with a focus on security issues.
• Experience in maintaining, developing, and improving low-level network stacks.
• Theoretical understanding of IP4/IP6/TCP/UDP/HTTP technologies.
• Good knowledge of network security protocols such as SSL/TLS, ICMP, and security infrastructure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Boost.Asynco.
• Android and iOS development experience.
