We're hiring a Software Engineer to join our innovative team at Mews, a leading cloud technology provider in the hospitality sector. As a Software Engineer, you will contribute to building and maintaining software solutions for our hospitality platform, focusing on high availability, scalability, and multi-regional systems. What You'll Do

• Develop backend services using .NET deployed on Azure and front-end applications using React, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, QA, and other engineers to understand requirements and translate them into working software.
• Leverage AI tools and coding agents to enhance your development workflow and productivity.
• Participate in code reviews, providing and receiving feedback as part of your professional growth.
• Gradually take ownership of features and small projects as you build confidence and expertise.
• Engage in daily team activities, including stand-ups, retrospectives, and planning sessions.
• Actively seek feedback and implement improvements to foster your growth.

Requirements

• Some professional experience in software development, including internships or contract work.
• A genuine passion for technology and software engineering.
• Familiarity with at least one of our core technologies (.NET, React, JavaScript/TypeScript, SQL).
• Comfort with AI-assisted development tools like Copilot or similar.
• A growth mindset with a curiosity to learn and improve.
• Understanding of software fundamentals such as version control, testing, APIs, and databases.
• Effective communication skills in English.
