• Continuously improve performance, maintainability, and system reliability.
• Own systems end to end, taking responsibility for design, implementation, deployment, and production operations.
• Participate in on-call rotations and incident resolution to ensure system reliability.
• Proactively identify technical debt and improvement opportunities.
• Design robust and scalable architectures that meet the demands of our high-traffic platform.

Requirements

• Strong software engineering fundamentals in at least one modern programming language.
• Experience building and operating production systems.
• Solid understanding of APIs, distributed systems, and integrations.
• Awareness of performance, scalability, and security best practices.
• Comfortable with testing, version control, and CI/CD practices.
• Product-oriented mindset with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Strong ownership, autonomy, and collaboration skills.
• Good communication skills in English and French.
