Senior Site Manager - Remote Position in Clinical Research

We are seeking a Senior Site Manager - Remote to join our dynamic team at Elligo Health Research. What You'll Do

• Manage and coordinate clinical trial sites, ensuring adherence to Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.
• Lead project management efforts, including budget management and resource allocation.
• Facilitate communication between clinical teams, sponsors, and regulatory bodies.
• Conduct site visits and audits to ensure compliance with regulatory documents.
• Oversee contract management and negotiations with site partners.
• Implement health and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
• Utilize Microsoft 365 tools for project coordination and documentation.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in site management within clinical research.
• Strong knowledge of GCP and regulatory compliance.
• Proven experience in project management and budget oversight.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with cloud-native network software and automated network solutions is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Experience in construction management related to clinical trial sites.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in clinical research.
• Certification in project management (PMP or equivalent).
