We're hiring a Senior Recruiter for AI and Robotics Teams to join our dynamic team at Nomagic. This role offers a unique opportunity to support the growth of one of Poland's most promising startups in the AI and robotics sector. As a Senior Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in shaping our team and ensuring we attract top talent across Polish and EU markets.

What You'll Do

  • Own and manage the end-to-end interview process for various positions within AI and robotics.
  • Source, filter, and engage candidates while collaborating closely with hiring managers.
  • Enhance the candidate experience by being the main point of contact throughout the hiring process.
  • Measure and improve candidate satisfaction levels to ensure a positive hiring experience.
  • Support employer branding initiatives to attract the best talent.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a recruiter, preferably in high talent density organizations.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with fluency in English and Polish; German is a plus.
  • Educational background in business management, analytics, human resources, or related fields.
  • Highly energetic with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Experience in utilizing AI tools to enhance the recruitment process is a plus.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in robotics or AI sectors.
  • Familiarity with various recruitment tools and platforms.
  • Previous experience in employer branding initiatives.
