About the Role

We are seeking a Senior R# Unit Testing Developer (ReSharper) - Remote to join our dynamic team at JetBrains. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing the unit testing subsystem that powers our ReSharper and Rider products, which are essential tools for developers worldwide. Your contributions will directly impact the productivity and efficiency of software development processes.

What You'll Do

• Design and implement new features for the unit testing framework support in ReSharper and Rider.
• Refactor and optimize existing code to enhance performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent support for unit testing technologies.
• Contribute to performance improvements, ensuring our .NET products remain fast and efficient.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in unit testing technologies to integrate best practices into our products.

Requirements

• At least five years of experience in software development, focusing on .NET technologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for improving code quality and performance.
• Excellent knowledge of algorithms and data structures.
• Experience working with complex, legacy code and refactoring it to meet modern requirements.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
