About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to join our dynamic team at Crypto.com. This remote position offers an exciting opportunity to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products, impacting millions of users worldwide.
What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure the quality of software products.
- Lead testing efforts for complex features and critical product components, ensuring high reliability and performance.
- Collaborate closely with developers and product managers to define clear quality criteria and testing requirements.
- Analyze requirements, user stories, and technical specifications to create effective test strategies and plans.
- Identify, report, and track defects using test management tools, advocating for timely resolution with the development team.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks to improve testing efficiency and coverage.
- Mentor junior QA engineers and contribute to knowledge sharing and process improvements within the QA team.
- Stay updated on emerging QA technologies, tools, and trends, incorporating best practices into testing processes.
- Communicate test results, risks, and quality status clearly to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven experience (5+ years) in software quality assurance, with significant exposure to multiple testing methodologies.
- Strong expertise in test automation tools and scripting languages (e.g., Selenium, Appium, JMeter, Python, Java).
- Experience with API testing (REST, WebSocket) and understanding of blockchain or fintech environments is a plus.
- Solid knowledge of agile development processes and CI/CD workflows.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Demonstrated ability to adopt and utilize AI-powered tools to improve work efficiency.
