We are seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to join our dynamic team at Crypto.com. As a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products, contributing to the mission of Cryptocurrency in Every Wallet™.

What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for both functional and regression testing.
• Lead testing efforts for complex features and critical product components, ensuring high reliability and performance.
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to define clear quality criteria and testing requirements.
• Analyze requirements, user stories, and technical specifications to create effective test strategies and plans.
• Identify, report, and track defects using test management tools, advocating for timely resolution with the development team.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks to improve testing efficiency and coverage.
• Mentor junior QA engineers and contribute to knowledge sharing and process improvements within the QA team.
• Stay updated on emerging QA technologies, tools, and trends, incorporating best practices into testing processes.
• Communicate test results, risks, and quality status clearly to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience (5+ years) in software quality assurance, with significant exposure to multiple testing methodologies.
• Strong expertise in test automation tools and scripting languages (e.g., Selenium, Appium, JMeter, Python, Java).
• Experience with API testing (REST, WebSocket) and understanding of blockchain or fintech environments is a plus.
• Solid knowledge of agile development processes and CI/CD workflows.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Demonstrated ability to adopt and utilize AI-powered tools to improve work efficiency.
• Proactive approach to identifying defects and improving test processes.
