Senior Project Manager - US Finance Customers (Remote)

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our team and work with US finance customers. This Senior Project Manager remote position will involve managing delivery operations and ensuring compliance in a fast-paced finance environment. You will be the central coordination point between our customers and internal teams, ensuring smooth project execution.

What You'll Do

• Oversee the onboarding process for resources assigned to customers, ensuring all administrative and compliance requirements are met.
• Act as the primary escalation point for delivery or operational issues, proactively identifying risks and driving resolution.
• Coordinate closely with US stakeholders to ensure alignment on project scope, timelines, and expectations.
• Manage critical documentation including NDAs and compliance forms to ensure adherence to internal policies.
• Design and maintain Atlassian Jira dashboards to track delivery performance and operational KPIs.
• Prepare and deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Lead and manage a delivery/operations team, setting clear goals and monitoring performance.
• Facilitate cross-team collaboration to ensure customer commitments are met.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a project management position, preferably in a finance-related field.
• Proven experience in project coordination and delivery operations.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Experience with Atlassian Jira reporting and data analysis.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional, global teams.
