Company Nurse (Remote) - Join Agrial's Health & Safety Team

About the Role

We are looking for a Company Nurse (Remote) to join Agrial's Health & Safety team. As a Company Nurse, you will play a crucial role in promoting the physical and mental health of employees while working closely with the health and safety department. What You'll Do

• Monitor employee health through medical surveillance, managing and organizing medical visits.
• Provide emergency care and first aid, ensuring proper handling of health situations.
• Administer administrative tasks related to workplace accidents and occupational diseases.
• Organize wellness programs and raise awareness about health and well-being.
• Order and invoice pharmacy supplies and wellness-related services.
• Conduct safety event cause analyses and maintain health and safety indicators.
• Actively participate in health and safety projects such as TMS PRO, DUERP, and SEIRICH.
• Facilitate internal training sessions and perform ergonomic assessments.

Requirements

• Mandatory nursing diploma (IDE) with at least one year of experience in a corporate setting.
• Specialization in Occupational Health (license or ESTI training) is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Dynamic and autonomous with a passion for promoting health and safety.

Nice to Have

• Experience in health promotion and wellness programs.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
