What You'll Work On

• Drive strategy and execution within foundational areas such as customer onboarding, asset management, and identity governance.
• Translate customer workflows into platform capabilities that enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure that product features align with technical requirements and user needs.
• Establish data quality standards that improve reliability and enable AI capabilities.
• Ensure that the platform supports AI-powered features by enhancing data governance and access controls.

Requirements

• 6–10 years of product management experience, specifically in technology or software development.
• Strong technical fluency and ability to partner with engineering teams on system tradeoffs.
• Experience in domains such as identity/authentication, configuration-heavy products, or distributed systems.
• Proven ability to balance user experience quality, scalability, and security constraints.
• Strong execution discipline and ability to operate in evolving systems.

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI integration in product development.
• Knowledge of public safety technology or similar industries.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and product development frameworks.
