About the Role

Confluent is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Cluster Linking to join our innovative team. This role is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere in Canada. Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in data streaming or related fields.
• Proven track record of managing product lifecycles from conception to launch.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Experience with agile methodologies and product management tools.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Apache Kafka or similar technologies.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and data integration solutions.
• Knowledge of user experience design principles.
