About the Role

We're hiring a Senior Product Designer to join Cint's innovative team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work remotely and shape the user experience of our SaaS products. As a Senior Product Designer, you will advocate for exceptional design while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality design solutions.

What You'll Do

  • Champion exceptional user experience solutions across the suite of Cint products.
  • Conduct user testing and interviews to discover unmet needs and drive product insights.
  • Collaborate with the Product Design team to ideate strategic design solutions.
  • Create high-quality design artifacts, including wireframes, prototypes, and visual comps.
  • Translate complex systems into simple UI concepts through storytelling and rapid prototyping.
  • Document design thinking and findings, communicating effectively with product teams.
  • Apply and contribute to our shared design system for visual consistency.
  • Partner with Engineering teams to bring user-centered design solutions to market.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in a Product Design or UX design role, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Expertise in modern design tools, particularly Figma.
  • In-depth knowledge of user experience design processes across desktop and mobile.
  • Experience with accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
  • Ability to present work confidently and accept feedback gracefully.
  • Passion for Product Design and awareness of industry trends.
  • Experience working collaboratively with developers and product managers.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with design systems or component libraries.
  • Familiarity with user research methodologies.
  • Knowledge of AI tools in design processes.
