Senior Product Designer - Gaming Innovation

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our team remotely. In this role, you will shape exceptional gaming experiences through end-to-end product design, from discovery to high-fidelity UI delivery. As a Senior Product Designer, you will have the opportunity to craft engaging user experiences that resonate with millions of players worldwide.

What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end product design within cross-functional teams, from discovery to delivery.
• Design polished features from concept to final UI, focusing on visual excellence and interaction quality.
• Craft purposeful motion, micro-interactions, and expressive feedback states that enhance user experience.
• Partner closely with Product Managers and Engineers to define problems and shape solutions.
• Elevate experiences from functional to premium through thoughtful design refinement.
• Advocate for intelligent use of AI tools within design workflows to enhance ideation and production.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as a Product Designer with a strong portfolio of shipped product work (portfolio mandatory).
• Proven expertise in consumer-facing digital products, with social gaming or game UI experience strongly preferred.
• Advanced Figma proficiency and strong working knowledge of Google Drive workflows.
• Deep understanding of interaction and motion principles with evidence of high-fidelity craft.
• Experience working within cross-functional product teams with high standards for quality.
• Special interest in AI tools and advocacy for their thoughtful application in design.

Nice to Have

• Experience in agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with user research methods and usability testing.
• Knowledge of front-end development principles.
