About the Role

As we expand our venues in Swansea and Mumbles, we are looking for talented chefs who are passionate about food and leadership. This Head Chef remote role allows you to lead kitchens within our diverse group, each with its own identity and style.

What You'll Do

• Lead kitchen teams with energy, positivity, and pride.
• Ensure the preparation of fresh, quality food that meets our high standards.

• Collaborate with other chefs to create innovative menus.
• Mentor and train junior kitchen staff to develop their skills.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen.
• Manage kitchen inventory and ordering supplies.
• Implement health and safety regulations in the kitchen.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a high-volume kitchen.
• Strong leadership skills and a passion for mentoring others.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent culinary skills with a focus on fresh ingredients.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Nice to Have

• Experience in menu development and cost control.
• Knowledge of various cuisines and cooking techniques.
• Previous experience in a multi-venue operation.
