About the Role

Hopper is seeking a talented Senior Product Designer to join our dynamic team in the Fintech sector. As a Senior Product Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience of our innovative financial products.

What You'll Do

• Lead the design process from concept to execution for various fintech products.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to create user-centered designs.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with our brand and user needs.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback and analytics to enhance user experience.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in product design and fintech.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to the design team’s growth.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a product designer, preferably in the fintech industry.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design process and final products.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Nice to Have

• Experience with financial products or services.
• Familiarity with front-end development (HTML/CSS).
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.
